Does your online store have all of the products you carry in your store location?
Answer: No , our online store and physical store have totally separate product lists.
Can I buy something online and pick it up in store?
Answer: Yes you can , at the checkout please select the Local Pickup option, Most orders are at the store already and will be ready for pick up within the hour of the order being placed , But its possible the item is not in the store and can take up to 2 days for your order to be ready. You will get an E-mail letting you know when your order is ready for pick up.
Can I use my Game Experts gift card on gameexperts.ca ?
Answer: Unfortunately we haven’t found a way to integrate our gift cards , but you can can order your products using your gift card in store at this time.
What Warranty do I have on your products ?
Answer: All items come with a 60 warranty . All items are tested and working before sending out and packed with care. The warranty does not cover physical damage.
Where are you located ?
Answer: Our retail store and office are located in Mississauga Ontario, Canada.
Do you buy games as well?
Answer: Yes we buy your older or unwanted games, you can bring them in anytime at our Mississauga location.
I opened the item I purchased and no longer want it can I return the item?
Answer: We do not accept returns on opened products that were bought new , Used products may be returned, However a 20% restocking fee will apply. shipping will not be refunded.
Is it possible to request a picture of the item I am buying ?
Answer: Yes of course, you can click the chat now button on the bottom of the screen and we can send pictures to you, Please note it may take sometime to get the pictures to you.
